Branch & ATM Locations
At this time, all of our traditional branches are open and servicing customers by Drive Thru Only (and Lobby by appointment), for the health and safety of our team members, customers and community.
Lobby access is available by appointment if you need to access your safe deposit box at any branch. ATMs are all are still available.
Our three (3) InStore Branches are temporarily closed until further notice due to the COVID-19 outbreak as they are higher risk, effective Friday 3/20/2020. This does not affect our InStore ATMs, which are still available (InStore Night Depositories are currently unavailable). Our Instore Branches provide extended hours (Saturdays and evenings) which will not be available at this time, however we will work with you to ensure your needs are met.

Online Banking, Mobile App, and 24/7 Telephone Banking
For emergency situations and day-to-day convenience, Gulf Coast Bank offers electronic products and services, such as online banking, mobile app, and automated telephone banking.
We encourage you to set up your Netteller online banking & iTalk telephone banking to have access to your accounts anytime, anywhere.
GCB Netteller online banking & mobile app enable you to check your account balances, view transactions, transfer funds between accounts, and pay bills, from your computer, phone, or tablet. There are a couple of additional features inside the mobile app that are not available in Online Banking, which are: 1. The ability to suspend your debit card if lost and 2. Deposit checks in your account by taking a picture inside the mobile app.
iTalk, our 24/7 automated telephone banking service, is also available by calling 337-892-3100 or 337-989-5010. With this service you can check your account balances, deactivate your debit card, check deposits and transactions, transfer funds, and more.
