We are committed to servicing all customers’ needs, while following COVID-19 safety precautions and local government orders.

Branch & ATM Locations
Our traditional branches are open and servicing customers. For the health and safety of our team members, customers, and community, we are monitoring the number of guests in our lobbies. Upon entering the lobby, a Gulf Coast Bank team member may request that you briefly remove your mask to identify yourself for security purposes. When in the lobby, please remember to keep a safe distance of at least 6 ft from other customers.

All our drive thrus and ATMS are available for your convenience.

Our number one priority will always be the safety of our team and customers. We are continuing routine sanitation efforts at our branch locations and ATMs, and our team members have been reminded to stay home if ever feeling ill.

Online Banking, Mobile App, and 24/7 Telephone Banking
For emergency situations and day-to-day convenience, Gulf Coast Bank offers electronic products and services, such as online banking, mobile app, and automated telephone banking.
 
We encourage you to set up your Netteller online banking & iTalk telephone banking to have access to your accounts anytime, anywhere.
 
GCB Netteller online banking & mobile app enable you to check your account balances, view transactions, transfer funds between accounts, and pay bills, from your computer, phone, or tablet. There are a couple of additional features inside the mobile app that are not available in Online Banking, which are: 1. The ability to suspend your debit card if lost and 2. Deposit checks in your account by taking a picture inside the mobile app.
 
iTalk, our 24/7 automated telephone banking service, is also available by calling 337-892-3100 or 337-989-5010. With this service you can check your account balances, deactivate your debit card, check deposits and transactions, transfer funds, and more.
